Mall Rules

The rules, last updated in Sep 11th, 2026, by rent or renewing a shop you agree to:

1. Follow all Rulercraft Building Rules, Town rules and Minecraft EULA.

2.  Do not break any structural wall or open a door in any structural wall (the Birch Planks walls)  withouy contacting ondm (you may get a autorization if contact me).

3. Do not break or change the roof of the mall, the floor is allowed only for a floor change, but you cant break blocks bellow the floor level.

4. Kiosk rule: Do not build outside the wood planks line in the groud, you can build over the planks, but not outside of it, the max size of a kiosk is 5 blocks in height, 8 blocks in length, and 8 blocks in diameter.

5. We will notify you if you shop is not stocked, and we can refuse to accept the rent of shops that are unstocked.

6. We do not accept any proposital refunds, even if it was accidental.

7. If you break any of the rules, we can revoke your shop and evict you from your shop with no refund, but you can get your stuff inside your plot back.

8. Rent prices can change, mall shop owners will be notified in DMs and in the official server.

9. We do not make any discouts, because we would need to raise the price to give any discounts, since this is the lowest price to stay open.

10. The AD Space in the website's homepage could be used by anyone who want's it, even from other malls, the only thing is that must be inside the RC, the price may change, with a warning to the owner of the ad.

11. If you do not pay the rent in time, we are going to give one week to do so, and if you do not pay inside this one week time, you will get another week to remove your stuff from the shop, this same rule apply to people who want to leave the mall.

12. You do not need to wipe all stuff of your shop after you leave, if you leave any blocks inside the plot after the second week "leaving time", we will take your stuff.

13. You can have shops in another malls and make a franchise.

14. You can put hoppers with donation signs so people can donate to your shop.

15. If you are going to change to another mall, you can put a sign saying that you are moving.

16. Selling and buying shops/plots are allowed, but you need to contact ondm, so we can do the transfer to the new owner, the months will be included, example: if you purchased 12 months, and after 6 months you sell the mall to another person, this person will have a shop with 6 months of rent.

17. Nation-only and Town-only shops are allowed, Rule 5 still apply to those shops, the owner of the shop must be the president/king/owner of the nation or the mayor of the town, if the president/king/owner of a nation changes, the nation must change the owner of the plot to the new chief, the same apply to towns.

18. Cassinos sits in a gray area, since that is not allowed in the Minecraft EULA, we could allow a mystery prize shop, but all the odds and % must be public and trustable, all items that you could get must be displayed, and you will have a sign in the placed outside of the shop, in the front of the door your shop warning about the bad habit of gambling.

19. The only official discord server is the one linked in this website and the only website is https://snowball.otavio.top.

20. First Month Free Rule could only be used once for every user, for nation/town shops, it can be only used once per nation/town.

21. You can pay more than 1 month at a time, but we dont make any discounts for that.
